Our team is uniquely qualified to help you transform yourself. You can lose weight or just become leaner. No goal is too big. We will work with you on nutrition, exercise, your habits, and your thought process. Having a personal nutritionist and a coach holding you accountable makes all the difference in your success.

More than a simple point counting system we monitor the actual calories, fat, carbs, and protein. Weight loss clients log their food in our online management system. It includes a key word searchable database with all the brand name foods from the grocery store. Your coach and nutritionist will monitor your online log and keep you accountable.

Ability appropriate exercise is recommended to each client. In many cases it will be walking. When you are ready to do more than walking we are more than ready to give it to you. The calories you burn with each activity are logged to count in your daily balance.

We will track and verify your progress. We will measure your dimensions, your weight, and your body fat at regular intervals.

Weight loss clients pay a monthly fee that varies with how closely you would like to be monitored. Our Nutritionist is available to go shopping and help you make good choices at the grocery store. Kitchen visits and recipe suggestions are available too. Email Jody for more information.
